GRUB problems

Hi,

I installed oskit-0.97 and tried some example kernels. All works fine with lilo.
However, when I tried to get the Kaffe-kernel up and running I had to use GRUB on floppy disk. Now, I copied the HelloWorld-kernel to floppy and try to boot it with GRUB. GRUB refuses and says: Invalid or Unknown Binary.
Any ideas ?
