Most of that patch is to the configure script, which is likely to fail
(partially) in any subsequent release of the oskit. So, I'll go ahead and
add the OBJCOPY variable to configure and configure.in. That should reduce
the size of the patch to just a couple of trivial patches to Makefiles that
should easily apply to future releases. That way folks can add this
specialization if they want, but the default behaviour will *not* be to
--weaken oskit libraries.
