ioctl function call in OSKIT

Hi,

I have a problem in program writing and need help. I have a program running in
linux.And it works fine. I want to transplant it to oskit.But it does not work.
It is very simple, and mainly use ioctl function.
 
so = socket(AF_INET,SOCK_DGRAM,0);
re = ioctl(so,SIOCGIFCONF,&ifc);

the value of re is 0 when runs in Linux but in OSKIT it has the wrong value -1.
Anyone knows how this happen or how to solve it? And welcom any suggestion.
