where is the value of phy_mem_max defined

I havn't find the definition of pyh_mem_max's value.Where is the value of pyh_mem_max defined ? I only know type of phy_mem_max is oskit_addr_t. Does phy_mem_max equals to the actual size of memory ? If my memory size is 128M,then pyh_mem_max equals to 64M?
