Yeah, by virtualizing the hardware features that Linux, DOS, and NT expect
to see they probably get pretty good coverage.  For example, I know
someone who develops OpenBSD kernels under VMware - he says it mostly
works even though it's not supported.

My machine is running NT; I'm compiling oskit kernels under Linux in one
VM, and booting the kernels in another VM.
