I'm confused.  I'm expecting you to ask about how to setup a
cross-compiler, how to load cross-compiled code, how to port the ocaml
runtime system, etc. and instead you seem to be wanting to run the
_compiler_ on the OSKit.  Am I misunderstanding you or missing
something important?
